Your pass will be ready for you in our organiser at the welcome desk. When you arrive, simply let the team know that you’ve purchased a pass online via the website, and they’ll guide you through the check-in process.

To check in, take your pass from the organiser, hand it to our welcome team, and they’ll click it before returning it to you. Afterward, please place it back in the organiser to keep it safe and secure. This helps our door team manage check-ins efficiently… everyone seems to arrive at the same time !!!🙂
