Our setup time can take between 1 to 3 hours depending size of venue & amount of gear hired. Some people prefer setup the previous night, or on the morning/afternoon of the event.

Please let us know the size/shape and does the area you plan to put the speakers have walls/covers (to protect the speakers from the outdoor elements) Speakers require a reasonably flat surface/area. If there is no floor(e.g. grass) we can provide mats (black in colour) for the speakers to sit on
